IN MEMORY

Sandra Don (Tiller)

Sandra Don (Tiller)

Sandra Don Tiller - 1949 – 2021

In the early morning hours of July 12, 2021, Sandra Don passed away. She was born to Homer and Henrietta (Shackleford) Don in Salt Lake City, Utah, on September 22, 1949.

Her older brother, Robert, found her to be a worthy adversary and never tired of teasing her. They were close companions and took great joy and laughter in teasing each other.

Throughout her life Sandy surrounded herself with love, laughter and childlike awe. She delighted in doing things for others - whether it was sharing a recipe, a funny email, or a homemade gift. She had a special place in her heart for toys and games. Her niece, Sarah, remembers her as an admirable wand maker, and her nephew, Rob, remembers her sharing an early computer game that involved car racing and an unfortunate pit crew.

Sandy had a love for life and people. She grew up on Westminster Avenue and forged several friendships that lasted until her passing. She also loved those with whom she worked. The friendships she made working at "the firm" brought her considerable joy and satisfaction.

Sandra is survived by her brother, Robert; niece, Sarah (Shawn); nephew, Robert; and her great nephews and niece, Michael, Thomas and Adeline.

At Sandra's request there will be no services.

I had a few classes with Sandy and we were always laughing.  I truly treasured her friendship throughout school.  I'm so sorry she passed.  It is hard for me to get these notices.  Patrice Jensen

Sandy had a smile that you could never forget.  Always happy and the life of the party!  I remember what close friends Sandy, Jane and Sheri were all thru highschool.  So sorry to hear of her passing.
