The day I graduated from Highland, I got a call from Maurice Abravanel, telling me I had won an audition for the cello section of the Utah Symphony, a position I held for 44 years. I met my husband Tom (a violinist) there. After wonderful careers, we retired, (2012 for me, 2015 for him). We're hoping for continued good health, and lots of travelling.
